Jamal Hill Richardson-Albini is an experienced strength and conditioning, performance, lifestyle, sleep and nutritional coach with Zoom and online video sessions available. He’s worked with clients of all levels and backgrounds for functional training, injury prevention, Immune Disorders, weight loss, post surgery, pre and post natal, performance, and nutrition. He’s also worked with professional athletes and teams. He believes in changing lives through client based habit lifestyle changes, and in gym sessions focused on movement, nutrition, and regeneration.

Jamal has over two decades and counting of martial arts training including professional level fights in muay thai, kickboxing, karate, and sport karate. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in American freestyle martial arts and a 2nd degree in Armas de Mano/Okinawan karate.
