Fitness and Nutrition Advisor
Kori is a fitness and nutrition expert based in Los Angeles who also successfully trains her clients with remote video training sessions. She earned a degree in exercise physiology and biomechanics from California State University Fullerton and has worked as a strength and conditioning specialist, training and rehabilitating some of America’s best-known athletes. Today, with over ten years of training experience behind her, Kori Lyn not only guarantees results but also longevity of your physicality and integrity of your movement. Whether the objective is peak performance, weight loss, toning, or injury prevention, Kori Lyn designs and implements strength, conditioning, speed and agility programs to target her clients’ specific exercise needs.
When she’s not training, Kori Lyn finds herself teaching exercise science and continuing education classes to coaches and trainers, consulting for athletes and teams, riding horses, skiing and running races throughout Southern California.
